Ghosts In Google Street View is an experimental short film that brings together desktop aesthetics, simulated reenactments, and images from everyday life. 

 

The film centers on an ordinary stray dog photograph that artist Kadir Kayserilioğlu encounters by chance on Google Street View. Deeply affected by the image, the artist travels to the coordinates where the photograph was taken in an attempt to find the dog in real life. What begins as a journey tracing the image of an animal gradually transforms into a reflective narrative in which digital representations and physical encounters intertwine, extending toward themes of creation and annihilation.
